eBridge Link: eBridge works seamlessly with virtually every existing management system. This means you can instantly access files stored on our system from any screen in another application such as a website, software, or contact management database. No longer will you have to toggle back and forth to search for information stored electronically on our system because one “hot key” function will retrieve it for you.

Annotation and Redaction (“White Out”): These eBridge features allow you to highlight, underline, notate, or redact (“white out”) confidential information prior to distribution. The original document is not permanently altered. Annotations can now be done in color and are moveable and re-sizeable.

Optical Character Recognition: By using eBridge’s award-winning Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, you can search through all your scanned documents by keying in all or part of a typed word, phrase, client name, address or number. You get results in seconds. This is particularly useful for batch scanning and users who wish to index as little information as possible. Our OCR is 98% accurate per character.
