eBridge Print Driver: Now, when you receive or generate billing documents, e-mails, monthly client reports or other information electronically from a client or payer, you can print it directly into your electronic filing cabinets. This means you can instantly access files stored on our system from any screen in another application such as a payer website, billing software, or customer management database. No longer will you have to toggle back and forth to search for information stored electronically on our system because one “hot key” function will retrieve it for you.

Annotation and Redaction (“White Out”): These eBridge features allow you to highlight, underline, notate, add billing codes, or redact (“white out”) confidential information prior to distribution. Annotations can now be done in color and are moveable and re-sizeable.

Optical Character Recognition: By using eBridge’s award-winning Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, you can search through all your scanned documents by keying in all or part of a typed word, phrase, patient or client name, address or number.
